What is classed as an emergency?

  • A flood or water leak that cannot be contained.
  • Complete and sustained loss of electricity to your home (not caused by a local power cut). Please refer to the Electrics FAQ's and follow guidance in the first instance.
  • Complete and sustained failure of your hot water and heating system. Please refer to the Heating and hot water FAQ's in the first instance.
  • A faulty window or door that compromises the security of your home. 

In the event of an emergency please complete  and submit a contact form immediately, this will be recieved my all members of our Customer Care Team and will be prioritised as an Emergency matter.
