YCP’s development at Denby Dale comprises of eight starter homes, and two have already been reserved.
The starter homes scheme is an imaginative initiative by the Government to help first-time buyers purchase a home where the discounted price is less than £250,000. You must be between 23 and 40 years old and your gross combined household income must be below £80,000 a year.
